World Beaders: Brazil

One of my favorite things about creating Inspirational Beading, is having the opportunity to connect with beaders all over the world. Thanks to instant translation, I can share with bead lovers in dozens of languages, and it makes me so glad to live in the internet age.

Inspirational Beading receives a lot of international visits, and my favorite thing to do while checking data is to see where these wonderful readers are coming from. Rather than install a flag or map widget, I want to do something extra special to welcome these traveling beaders.

This month, one country that caught my eye in the list was Brazil. I went looking for some Brazilian bead and color inspirations, and just look what I found:

The Lost World

56 x 365 | I want to see the world

Originally a Portuguese colony, the Federative Republic of Brazil is now the largest country in South America, and the fifth largest country in the world. Brazil also has the world’s seventh largest economy, and is a member of the UN and G20.

Brazil is home to one of the most abundant and important ecosystems in the world. It is estimated that nearly four million different plant and animal species make their home in Brazil, including the diverse and beautiful organisms of the Amazon Rainforest.
