It’s been far too long since we’ve had a bead giveaway. This month, I want to share one of my favorite bead collections - lots of lovely little round beads in imitation gemstone colors. I carefully collected these 6 mm rounds and treasured them for the way they resemble semiprecious stones and quartz. Though they have typical acrylic characteristics - particularly their light weight - they always remind me of some of my favorite beads - druks.
There are over 300 beads in all, with assorted shades of white, brown, blue, green, and even a little pink. To enter for your chance to win these pretty beads, simply leave a comment on this post, and answer the following question:
What is your all time favorite bead shape?
If you do not have a Blogger profile with email contact enabled, be sure to leave a link to your shop or website, or an email address, so that I can contact you if you win!
One lucky winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday, November 23rd.
Good luck, and happy beading!

ReplyDeleteThat is so generous of you.
ReplyDeleteI am a beginning beader so don't have much of a stash yet. I've been using mostly seed beads-size 8 and 11-as well as delicatas.
What a lovely bead selection. :) While I like to use several other shapes, my favorite shape is round. Sort of plain vanilla!
ReplyDeleteWhat is your all time favorite bead shape?

All in all the versatility of round beads, lending itself to virtually all projects would be my initial thought but all in all DELICA/CYLINDER beads do it for me - the uniformity of a finished piece and neatness of the work does it everytime! Although...any bead for me - triangle, bicone, square they are soooo versatile if you know how to use them :)

My all time favorite beads every are Toho Aikos. The perfection of them really appeals to the OCD in me. But my budget says most quality cylender beads will do!
ReplyDeleteI love rice pearls - love their irregular shape, and the face that each pearl is just a bit different from the other
