  2. I just love the huge variety of gemstone beads and chains. The yellows, browns and greens remind me of the upcoming hot summers irrespective of latest trends. The teardrops and briolette's are my favorite. My mind is already scheming on the myriad possibilities that they can be combined in. I especially like the fact that the site actually writes about where and what the particular gemstone comes from.

  7. Trying this one more time before I give up. I love the lamp work beads and am fascinated by the inside strip faceted beads. What fun it would be to design a necklace or any piece of jewelry around them.

  16. Great selection of gemstone beads! Thanks for sharing this website with us :) It was hard to pick a favorite, but I chose the round smooth sodalite beads as the beads I would comment on. I havent made any jewelry with sodalite, but I have a sodalite necklace that I would to make a bracelet and earrings to go with it. Love your blog btw. This is my first time commenting on one of your posts. I do have some difficulty getting to your site from the emails you send me. There doesnt seem to be a link to get me here. I have to copy and paste the address into my browser. I have learned a lot from you though. Thank you.

    1. Hi Briana! If you've subscribed to email updates through the link at the bottom of each post, the messages you receive should have clickable text links to both the individual post of the day, as well as the main blog. If the links are not clickable, it could be your email service's safety filters. Depending on the service you use, you should be able to set up filters for the subscription that will automatically mark them as safe to view. You can also try unsubscribing, then resubscribe and set up the filter when you get the confirmation. I hope this helps!

  18. I love the 'TRIBAL HANDMADE SILVER, FLOWER PENDANT, APPROX. 19.9X22.5MM' :)

  19. House of Gems has some very nice things. What made my day was that they have 4.5mm split rings in Sterling as well as GF. This is just the right size for most everything I create. Split rings allow me to adapt the closure piece (toggle, magnets, etc) to the customers preferences.
