MyMemories Scrapbooking Software Giveaway

Bead Collage Made with MyMemories Software
Drag and drop photos into frames
for instant collages

Thanks to digital photography and all of its perks, sharing images of your beadwork is incredibly easy and fun. It’s almost too fun - there are so many exciting ways to showcase design photos that it can become a second hobby to compete with beading.

Awhile back, we looked at the wonderful creations that can be made with the MyMemories digital scrapbooking suite. It’s great for creating shop and blog banners, Twitter backgrounds, landing pages, videos and professional-looking business card graphics. With a great printer, you can even use your jewelry collages to create lookbooks of your work for craft fairs and consignment pitches. The easy to use program is also fantastic for planning designs, color palettes, and saving your ideas in a beautiful digital album.

For the traveling beader, finished scrapbook projects can be turned into physical items and printables like gift boxes, party favors and loot bags - great for home parties and craft shows. Scrapbook files created with MyMemories can be printed from home, or you can take your files with you to a print shop for a professional product. The possibilities are endless.

In addition to the basic suite, which includes tons of pre-made designer layouts, plus papers and embellishments for designing your own unique scrapbook pages, you can add to your scrapbooking repertoire with hundreds of downloadable kits and goodies. New background papers, stickers, and decorations are just a click away, and you can mix and match any elements you like to get the perfect collage. Many user created add-ons and scrapbooking kits are available for free, and download instantly, so you can make quick pages or add exciting details to your digital collages.

Here are two pages I made in just a few minutes with free scrapbooking kits:

Egyptian Jewelry Collage with Heritage Scrapbook Elements Egyptian Revival Collage with Blueberry Scrapbook Elements

and Blueberry Combo Pack by Gypsy’s Scrapbooking.

MyMemories recently released version 4 of the scrapbooking suite, with new and improved features that any crafter will love. And the best part is that all MyMemories software comes with a Limited Use License that allows you to promote your jewelry or craft business with your creations.

  1. I would love to win this software. I like the Cabin life-combo, Little Cabin in the Woods and Lakeside as well. This would be a great product to make my Mother-in-Law a fun scrapbook of all our family adventures at the cottage.

  2. I like Friends for Flowers. It looks like it would make great gift boxes or cards.

  3. I would love to win the My Memories Software Suite...I can think of so many applications for its travel blog would really be impressive with collages from our photos using the software. Then for crafts, one could make collages showing all the different views of a finished project, or the steps to creating one. The possibilities are endless! I'd love to win!

  4. I liked the fairies one and also the Wild Sea and I would use these for photos of my grandchildren. I really enjoy your blog as I've just begun beading and you have a lot of great ideas and techniques for me to practice with.

  5. You know, I've looked into this program before and almost got it. But it wasn't in my budget at the time. I never thought of using it for project showcasing, though. I like it! And as I'm hoping to build up enough stock to start an etsy store, this would be a perfect addition to my toolbox.

It really is hard to pick just one favorite kit, though. So many great designers to choose from. So, picking one I like, I'll say the Classic Romance Blue design kit.

Just discovered your blog. I've only been beading a few months now, and I like what I see so far!

  6. I am interested in the My Memories Software Suite for creating colages with my bead pictures for craft shows, or I could use it for cards .... oh, there are some ideas for using this great tool! I cross the fingers ;-) Hugs, Doris - Email:

  7. I like the vintage quick frames. They would make an excellent background for vintage style jewelry or glamour jewelry pics.

  8. My favorite?! I could never choose just one! I would absolutely love this software tho!! My husband unexpectedly died on May 30, 2013, and because my children are young (7 and 9), and keeping his memory alive is SO important to me, I would first make them memory books. And because beading has saved my sanity since his death, I would create another dedicated to showing the progress I am making in each design. The possibilities are positively endless!!
