Bead Giveaway: Summer Silver

Combining metallics and jewel tones will always be a great method for giving a classic look to jewelry designs. It can also create a bit of magic in a piece. This month’s giveaway features beads that would look just right at a midnight fairy festival for summer solstice.

These collections of vintage acrylic and lucite beads are all handpicked, with a few fun surprises in each. The green set includes metallic emerald rounds and 6mm faceted rounds, organic shapes in mossy and lemony greens, olive ovals, and jade green coins. The silver set features beautiful silver-toned 10 mm rounds and shiny metallic spacers.

  3. My favourite outfit to wear on special outings is a green velvet retro fitted dress with a little black velvet bolero. I always wear silver jewellery with it. I think the combination of both the silver and various green beads would look absolutely great with it as a set necklace earrings bracelet combo

  13. I would have to say it has changed over the last 5 years from gold to silver. It seems that I know of so many young women in there 30's that prefer silver to gold. I think it's because silver costs less than gold and I think it goes with more colors than gold. I still like gold, but my new favorite is silver!
